MARSHALL GENERAL STORE COMMITS TO A:

10-vr Manufacturer’s Warranty while Using Quality Products that Include:

• LP SmartSide with a 50-yr Prorated Limited Warranty*

• Premier Latex Paint with a l 0-yr Warranty*

• Royal Crest Vinyl Siding with a Lifetime Warranty*

• Tuff-Rib 29 GA Metal with a 40-yr Warranty*

• Owens Corning Shingles with a 25 year warranty*

• Premium Hardware (windows, hinges, latches, etc.) with a Lifetime Warranty*

• Premium Framing Materials

*subject to specific Product Manufacturer’s Warranty restrictions

MARSHALL GENERAL STORE TERMS:

Warranty does not include travel time to come to your site to replace defective products, unless it occurs within 30 days of purchase date.

Painting is considered routine maintenance and is covered under warranty only for LP SmartSide buildings. Warranty will be void if paint is scraped off and not repainted within a timely manner.

Marshall General Store extends this limited warranty only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall NOT extend to any subsequent purchaser or transferee. Warranty is also voided if the original purchaser moves the building to another location and does not use a Cherokee recommended hauler.

Marshall General Store defines DEFECTS as imperfections that impair the use of the product or as unacceptable by the reasonable person standard and will repair all such defects in a timely manner.

Marshall General Store cannot be held responsible for acts of God, such as storm, wind, rain, fire or defects resulting from abuse, negligence, misuse or lack of proper maintenance. Winds above 50 mph are considered acts of God and any damages caused to shed will not be covered.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by a sales receipt or proof of purchase and Marshall General Store must be notified within 30 days of finding the defect.
